An Early Christmas gift.....We Love it!!

Well sorry for the lack of updates, still need to download the camera from trick or treat and other events to get them out here as well.   Trick or Treat was great....Gaven was a little fire fighter.   We went the Sunday before with grandma and then our friends Kristen, John and the kids joined us.  Then on Halloween we went with mamow.   Both times Gaven sure made out and we just had a blast.  Those pictures will get posted soon.   As most of you know it has been a hectic month for Rick and I, but rest assure things are looking brighter and again the love and support from everyone is just amazing.  THANK YOU.  Gaven is sure excited to meet his little brother as are the rest of us.  Carter James....is a blessing already.  Both my boys are.

But yesterday Gaven decided to make Rick and I a very special early Christmas Gift to put up at the house for the holidays.   Of course with the help of mamow they made the most beautiful gingerbread house.   Mamow put the house together and then Gaven got to decorate it himself with the candy and put the frosting around the windows.   What a special activity for the two of them to do together as well as a special gift made for us.   These pictures will for sure go in Gaven's art scrapbook as this was surely a special master piece.
Moments like this make the holidays memorable!   THANK YOU Mom and Dad Love it!!

Busy Barn Adventures

We went to a fun pumpkin farm over the weekend with Mamow.  It was a neat place right in Fort Atkinson called Busy Barn Adventures.  Lots of activities and things for kids to do.  Giant corn maze, feeding the animals, a pig hussel in which Gaven got to chase some piglets (LOL). A moment you wish you got on video.  They had big slides and pumpkin toss games, it was fun.  Then we picked our pumpkins and that was it.  Thanks Mamow it was fun.  Uncle Bob joined the fun too.

My Weekend with Grandma

Couple weekends ago grandma came out for a long visit.   What a nice time....We went out for supper on Friday and then Saturday....I got grandma up extra early (hehehe) and we played with my train, read books, had breakfast together, and then we got ready to start our day.  We went to the book store, then my favorite place Chucky Cheese....Wow..Thanks Grandma, we had so much fun. After Chucky Cheese we went and bought new fish for my fish tank....then we had a nice supper and Sunday morning Grandma had to head home.  Thanks For coming grandma we had lots of fun!!

Gaven's 1st Day of school!!

Gaven started Pre-School today!!!   He was super excited, Mamow and Karen came to see him off this morning. Then when Mamow picked him up Mrs. DeRemer reported Gaven had a great 1st day.   He listened well and followed instructions well.  Then Mamow took him out for a special lunch at Culver's.

Happy 1st Day of School to our little man!!   We are so proud of him!!
