HAPPY BIRTHDAY GAVEN!!

GAVEN IS OFFICIALLY "1"!!

He sure had a fun filled birthday....Went shopping and had vanilla ice cream with gamma, went to the dr. and then had a lady bug cupcake with mom and dad. First things first...his dr. appointment went very well. Gaven is 25lbs, 32" and his head is 48cm. He is healthy and happy and teeth are pouring in.

I stopped at this bakery by my work to pick up Gaven a birthday treat to ring in his first birthday. He has never had a cupcake or frosting so what a treat right? LOL....well we think he does not like chocolate. He spit out the chocolate milk I let him try on Sunday and then the chocolate on the cup cake did not go over well either. Rick's son and doesn't like chocolate? Go figure....But he enjoyed the rest of what he ate and it was so funny watching him. When he started and when he finished I don't think he knew what to make of it. Hopefully next weekend at his party Gamma's banana cake goes over a little better. We had fun though with our little man on his big day!!
